BRIEF: After exploring 3 topics of intrest, choose 1 to thoroughly research with a range of different methods. Finding design opportunities and delivering a sophisticated solution, along with a well rounded research report.

PROCESS BOOK
REPORT SUMMARY: The goal of this project is to analyze the effects of physical activity on mental health, and how this can be interpreted into an educational product. Initially focusing on MTB cyclists, my audience soon expanded to a larger, less specific group. The insights are of first hand experience, primary and secondary information. All respondents knew that physical activity was good for mental health yet still found different reasons not to take part in physical activity.
SOLUTION: A wellness app that is inclusive of all fitness abilities and ages.
